OurSuper-Aired Eco Sponge Rubber VIVOTECNA® is licensed under 20-year Patent for industrial invention. It is an ecological product, as most of its components are natural. The few remaining chemical elements dissolve after the vulcanization process in an industrial oven. This process lasts a few hours and the temperatures oscillate between 80°C and 130°C.
It has open cells and it favors air recirculation inside myriads of small tunnels in the mass, thus reducing or eliminating humidity. Thanks to these characteristics we can define it as a fresh product and it presents elevated elasticity, indeformability, resistance to traction, tearing and crumbling, among various elevated mechanical properties.
This material is suitable for upholstery in furniture, sport, health-medical, shoes industry as well as anti-shock protection.

Vivosan cushions are stuffed with Eco-SpongeRubber sheets and fire-resistant Polyurethane sheets.
The internal pillowcase is made with a thin high-quality fabric, that is washable, tested and certified with the following properties: antibacterical, anti-mite, waterproof to organic and inorganic liquids, as well as breathable, thanks to the particular Polyurethane-Polyester structure, anti-mold, anti-odor, absorbant, anallergic.
The external pillowcase is made with resistant fibers, washable and ironable at low-temperatures. It is certified as fireproof in 1IM class.
Our cushions offer immediate comfort and wellness, due to the freshness and the homogeneous body-weight distribution that does not sink. They avoid overheating and skin redness and they help preventing bedsores. These Cushions are suitable for armchairs, chairs, office chairs, wheelchairs and strollers, both for seats and backrests.
